Raw data (2020 Nature communications-HR)
Xenopus = It contains the experimental data of xenopus epidermal multiciliated cells.
Tubulin network = It contains the SIM data of mouse ependymal cell. It shows the apical tubulin network of ependymal cell surface.
Translational polarity = It contains the confocal data of mouse ependymal tissue. It shows the displacement of basal body patch at ependial surface.
Rotational polarity = It contains the confocal and SIM data of mouse ependymal tissue. It shows the orientation of each basal foot.
Endogenous Anks1a = It contains the confocal data. It shows the endogenous expression of mouse Anks1a in ependymal cells.
BB docking = It shows the normal developmental docking of basal body in Anks1a WT and KO mouse.
BB counting = It shows the raw image data for count the number of basal bodies in each ependyamal cells.
Actin enrichment = It shows the apical enrichement of actin network of ependymal cell surface.
