Serum creatinine was measured by ELISA, and the values are not directly comparable to creatinine measurements by HPLC used in other experiments. Number of each group is 4–8. Data are presented as means ± SE and were analyzed using Student’s t-test. Only the difference at the 24 hour time point is statistically significant.
